Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Osmiron handles personal information and website usage data on the Osmiron website.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit an Osmiron private-preview inquiry, Formspree processes your full name, work email, company, the product or platform you are building, and the operational workflow or decision you want to model. If you allow optional analytics, PostHog records pages viewed, interactions with public links and buttons, and general browser, device, campaign, and referring-site information. It may also record a masked replay for a sample of browsing sessions. Inquiry forms and their contents are excluded from analytics and replay.

3. How We Use It

We use submitted information to evaluate private-preview interest, respond to your request, and communicate relevant Osmiron information. With your permission, we use website analytics to understand how visitors arrive, navigate, and complete important actions so we can improve the site. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

4. Service Providers

We use Formspree to process form submissions and PostHog Cloud in the European Union to process website analytics. Each provider handles information according to its terms and privacy practices.

5. Retention

We retain submitted information and analytics data only as long as needed for these purposes or to meet applicable obligations. Your analytics choice is stored for six months. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information.

7. Local Storage and Cookies

Optional analytics stay off until you select Allow analytics. If you allow them, PostHog uses first-party cookies and local storage to keep pseudonymous browser and session identifiers for up to one year. We do not use advertising cookies or create person profiles. PostHog respects your browser's Do Not Track setting. You can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer; declining stops future collection and removes PostHog's stored identifiers.
